THE HUMANS BEHIND THE HANGERS.

A collection of stories from the other side of the wardrobe.  Different lives. Different perspectives. Different relationships with getting dressed. These are the people who've experienced the VJS Method, in their own words, and with stories that are entirely their own.

DOCTORATE AQUIRED, NOW TIME TO MOTHERHOOD.

When you get the call that the person who has always put other first is finally ready to put herself first, you don't hesitate to help in any way you can.  That's what happened to me...

As a pediatric nurse practitioner, Siobhan spends her days helping children and families navigate the complexities of diabetes care. She's making a real difference in her community, empowering families with the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their health. Basically, she's a powerhouse human.  But when we met, she had a problem of her own: her closet.

Through multiple moves across 4 different states, medical school and (now) motherhood, her closet had gained a lot of value without properly releasing the dead weight it needed to, in order to breathe.

With her first baby on the way, her wardrobe was trying to accommodate an entirely new chapter of life without any real plan. Everyday essentials were buried in drawers, rarely worn pieces were hogging prime hanger real estate, and an entirely new maternity wardrobe was needed to carry her through the coming months. We also had to think ahead to life with a newborn, where comfortable, functional clothing would be doing some serious heavy lifting.

So we spent a day tearing it all apart and putting it back together with intention. We reorganized around how she actually lives, prioritized the pieces she needed most, made room for what was coming, and built a system that could keep up with her.

Because Siobhan already spends her days taking care of everyone else. Her wardrobe shouldn't be another thing she has to manage.

The goal? Make the CNP Super Mom the main character in her own life again, right in time for motherhood.
